This policy explains how Raccoon Technology handles personal data submitted through this website, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD).
1. Who is the controller
The data controller is Raccoon Technology. For anything related to this policy, write to contato@raccoontechnology.com.br.
2. What data we collect
We only collect what you enter in the contact form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp (optional), project type, expected budget, desired timeline and your message.
We don't ask for ID documents, financial data or sensitive personal data.
3. What we use it for
We use this data to reply to you, prepare proposals and move forward with conversations you started. We don't sell your data and don't use it to send third-party advertising.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form and on preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject's request (art. 7, items I and V, of the LGPD).
5. Who we share it with
To run the site we use providers that process data on our behalf: Resend, which delivers the message you send by email, and Vercel, which hosts the site.
If you choose to talk on WhatsApp, the conversation is also governed by WhatsApp/Meta's terms.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal or regulatory obligations.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time for confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent (art. 18 of the LGPD).
